Setting up message alerts

Has anyone tried lately,  when I try to do it online I  get this

Error
A system error has occurred. The service name (alerts) has not been recognised. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience and try again later.

I have checked and can see that there was an issue under reference INC000000262758 that some affected some messaging services and this has now been resolved.

 

Please can you try to register for this service again and let me know how you get on.

I've tried setting up alerts again several times but I still the same error as abobe.
