I'm having a problem with my freebee, where I have topped up £10 but have not yet received the Text & Web package.
I've topped up online on the 16th, at around 2.30pm, but I still haven't received the confirmation text at present date.
Just to make sure the freebee was active, BEFORE topping up I've opted in by calling 4350, which was also confirmed on my vodafone account.
As I'm new to vodafone i'm not sure whether this is normal, I've read that this could take up to 24hrs but it's been 3 days now...
If anyone could please look into this, I'd be very grateful.

Hi, the quickest way to get your issue resolved is to call Customer Care on 191 from your phone, they will be able to check why this has not been applied and should be able to sort this out for you..
Alternatively, am sure a Moderator will be along in the next 24 hours or so and they will be able to help
