numerous times i have topped up £10 a month and since joining vodafone about 3-4 months ago ive never recieved my text and web freebies, i dont know what the reason is for this as it says ive opted into the text and web freebie so any help would be greatly appreciated?

It can take upto 24 hours for the Freebee Packs to be added but 3-4 months would indicate not all is quite right and I am pleased you have bought this to our attention.

Hi guys,
I've been on the Text and Web freebee for about 4 months and have topped up regularly and received my allowance as normal.
Unfortunately in the past few weeks I have topped up twice but haven't received any allowance only my normal £10 balance.
My texts have been charged at the usual rate.

Hi
I topped up £10 via my card and I paid £5 to have the internet service. When I first topped up I received thhe message "you now have your vodafone text and web freebee allowance lf 300 UK texts and 500 MB UK web use to use" - no other text came through (when it usually says that your internet should be there soon and to restart your phone), and i received a text saying "dont forget to get blackberry internet service". I dont want to pay another fiver for internet ive already paid for, and its been over a day since I got my first text! Please help.

HI Serenk,
When you say that you paid £5 to have the internet service, do you mean that you have bought a £5 web pack or that you opted in for the BB service by calling 40035?
If you have bought the web pack, then you will need to call Customer Care who should be able to remove this and opt you in for BIS

Hi martin i topped up on saturday morning but it didn't give me my web and text freebe it is usally apllied but i would appreciate ti if you could be of asistannce?

I topped up 10 GBP yesterday after my VF text and web freebee ran out. However even though the balance was credited to my account the freebee is not active.
Could someone please look into this? (or send me a PM?)

is annoyed i topped up £10 last sunday cos my texts and web was gonna run out on tues and i havent received them,ive wasted my credit thinking i was using my free texts.i rung vodafone which took me 20 mins to get through to get it sorted the lady said she would apply them and to take my battery out leave it for 10 mins and then theyd be applied,well they want, what a load of liars they are

I topped up 20 pounds and i brought a 10 pounds freedom freebee with my calling credit but my text message hasnt come through telling me that it has been added to my account this was brought yesterday and the ten pound has been paid and is no longer in my account
please help !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi,
I seem to be having the same problem. I've recieved the text saying that I've recieved my text and web freebee, however, it seems like it hasn't gone through when I called 2345 to check on my balance. Today I went into a Vodafone store and had it sorted out, recieved a text message about my allowance, but it still seems that I do not have my allowance and my credit has been eaten up. Is there a way to fix this?
