Hi,
I topped up £15 before my text and web was supposed to expire on the 18th of Jan. It's now the 23rd and it still hasn't been applied. I've been abroad until the 21st but still, I'd quite like my internet access please : (.

please help me my text and web frrebie has not come on my fone it ended 3 days ago and still my pk havent come on ive topped up £15 within the 30 days like i normally do and recieved nothing i rand i am still opted into this freebie but i havent had it please someone help been trying to get help with this for 2 days now cant get throught to vodafone never had a problem with them before this :-(

Hi,
I am having the same problem. I've changed my plan online and thought that it will take effect once I've made a minimum topup. Then I realised, after I've set up the web there were some amount deducted from my account. Can I get a refund? and How long does it takes for the system to update the changes?

Hello,
I bought the text and web freebie pack for my Blackberry phone this morning for £10 but the text and web freebie hasn't been applied to my account yet properly. When i tried to buy it again via phone the ?robot? said that it is already active but when i check my account online nothing is applied. any ideas?

It takes up to 24 hours for the service to be activated on your account after purchasing the pack. It should be working for you tomorrow.

well today (after 24 hours) on my account in the MY EXTRAS section there is a green tick near Vodafone Text and Web Freebee but the internet on my phone does not work and everytime i text it charges me 10p. so where are my free texts and web?

Hi,
I topped up £10 last month in two installments of £5 and realised today that my Text&Web Freebee wasn't applied. Although I was never told this, I accept that you have to top up £10 in one go for the Freebee to apply. Fine.
But today I topped up £10 in one go and my Text&Web Freebee hasn't been activated. Why is it taking so long to activate? I've been charged for texts so of course I no longer have £10 of calling credit. Does that mean my Text&Web Freebee will not be applied again? I don't want to call customer service to spend even more of my calling credit, so could someone look into this please.

I topped up my Pay as you go handset by £10 on Tuesday afternoon at approximately 4:00 pm. I have waiting over 24 hours and the free texts and web still haven't been apllied. I'm wondering if there is a solution to this problem.

Hello I have the same issues.
I am opted in the vodafone text and web freebie. This is my second top up of 10 pounds and I did this this morning. However I have yet to receive my freebie allocation of messages and web access. This renders my phone useless. Can you help me please? My first freebie of text and web took like 2 hours.
