I've had my phone since September and I've registered my phone online to check my bill usage etc. I've just texted "ACCOUNT" to the correct number and it has said that I am unable to upgrade, I don't wish to upgrade, I need my account number to check my usage online. Could anyone help me please?

The post earlier from mari1970 is correct, however If you still need to get your account number to access My Account you can send us an email from the contact us section. Can you please enter EFT165 in the subject field and copy the link of this thread and we will contact you as soon as we can
