I brought a top up voucher from my local Tesco Express for £5 last Friday (2nd). I tried to activate it the same evening but It would not activate. I've been trying to activate many times each day since then and it has not worked! I even purchased another top up voucher for £5 today (thinking the first voucher was defective) and this won't activate either. I have spent £10 that will end up being wasted if I can't activate the vouchers! I just need to know what is going on!!!!!!!! Please help!!!!!!

If you are having problems activating your vouchers then you will need to give Customer Care a call either on 191 from your phone or 08700776655 from another line

Do you know if there is a customer service I can email? I suffering from a cold at the moment and I'm rapidly losing my voice.

If you go to the Contact Us option at the bottom of the page there is an option there for you to e-mail Customer Care..

However they can take about 24 hours or so to respond..

i have just bought a £5 top-up and when i try to activate it, it says it cannot be done and to call 191. However i do not have any credit left or iou so cannot speak 2 any 1. any advice?

Your quickest option to get your voucher applied would be to call CustomerCare on 08700776655 from another line or pop into your nearest Vodafone store..

Alternatively one of the Tech Team should respond to your post in the next 24 hours or so
