Hi

I've tried twice this afternoon to top up my credit on the phone using the vodafone services icon for PAYG.

Both times trying to top up it told me that the top up could be completed, obviously I am reluctant to try it a third time today!

has anyone else been having this problem or know if there is a problem with Vodafone for topping up credit?  I'm not on my last £1 of credit yet but I don't want to get it that low either.

anybody had this problem or know if there is a general vodafone problem?

I don't want to try again because I am worried my card will then get blocked, I am now getting low on credit - will top up vouchers work?

Hi, you can always buy a Vodafone voucher to top up, as far as i know there are no problems topping up with Credit/Debit cards.. You can give Customer Care a quick call on 191 or 08700776655 from another line to find out what the problem is with taking payment from your card
