I toppd up today for five pounds and a few minuites later i chekd my account and it only had 4.97 and i need 5 pounds so my vodaphone family will work. What can i do? please help

i have emailed vodaphone and they say they will get back to me in 5 working days i need my family to work today.

I am unbale to get to customer support.
