Thanks for your post here. I'm afraid we don't stock the swipe cards to send them out to you. However, I'm sure the store will have them back in soon.
Alternatively you could sign up for an online account to top up when ever you like. Just head over to our My Account sign up page.

If I'm going to jump on the bandwagon about staff training for Vodafone, then I have about a billion issues where staff have either deliberately lied or misled me, and many other issues which would make constructive feedback for staff!
I don't know if your problem ever did get fixed, I raised an issue on in August which still isn't resolved. Been waiting for a call back from someone for nearly 6 weeks now.Patience gets you nowhere.
That said, Otelo have been very helpful in dealing with my complaint and I assume Vodafone will get their act together at some point in the future - at least for me, anyway!
