I am unable to add a card so i can top-up my phone as I can not see a link to add a card or delete an old one.

Hi zaax,

Many thanks for your post about not being able to register your card.

Forgive me, but the top red button is where you set up top-up direct. If you click this button, you should be given the option to register your card.

Can you give that a go for me?

No that ask for Direct Debit details, nothing about credit/debit cards.

I have a feeling that you might have a couple of other cards registered on the account which would stop you from adding any others. So that we can check this out I have just sent you an email. If you can reply back to that with the relevant information we can look into this for you.
