Hi, every day since I've gotten my phone I've been charged £1- what for, I have no idea. I haven't made calls OR sent texts and simply checked facebook once within a period of 24hrs and yet my credit still went from £2.20 to £1.20. I'm a PAYG- I'm on that plan because I can't afford £30 a month just for something I'm not using- someone help! : (.

Hi there

If you are accessing Facebook from your mobile, you will be making a connection to the internet and without a web pack, you are being charged the daily rate of £1.00 per day for internet access.

Vodafone do an excellent Freebee, the text and web, where if you opt in and then top up with a minimum amount, you will get free text, plus your web/internet access.
