Vodafone Family - Question about Vodafone Family

I am a PAYG customer and I signed up by mistake for Vodafone Family. I haven't created any group. Will I still be charged? How to unsubscribe? I tried calling 34444 but there was no unsubscribe option.

How long before the subscription ends as u pay via top up and to cancel call 191, the option u tried 34444 should work unless within 3 days before end of the monthly payment. The only other way is to go to www.vodafone.co.uk/vodafonefamily

Hi nandreev

You should receive a SMS confirming your sign up, if you've completed. If you've got a "My Vodafone" account, you can check, administer and cancel your Family subscription from within this, if not, just sign up and register and you can then access from there.
