Yeah, I'm wondering the same...

Also wondering whether, if freedom packs remain to exist, whether texts from freedom packs bought using credit will merge with the texts given from the initial topup, or replace them?

This is a very good question.

I've just read through all the information concerning the PAYT price changes, and it's unclear if the freedom Packs will also be available, alongside the new ones.

To prevent me giving you incorrect information, I am going to pass this to our day team, to chase up, and get a definitive answer.

I'll get the thread updated as soon as we receive the correct information.

I'm afraid the PAYT price changes have yet to be officially confirmed so we don't know yet whether the Freedom Packs and current bundles will still be available.

I have raised the question to one of our senior PAYT managers, when I have some concrete information for you I will update this thread.

my understanding of it is that you cant have a freedom pack and the new price plan just like you cant have a freedom pack and free weekends or text unlimited

Don’t worry Freedom Packs aren't going anywhere, they will still be available to buy - offering you great value!

As Biffy said, you can't have a Freedom Pack with Free Weekends or Text Unlimited and this also applies for the two new offers: TopUp and Get Text and Web and TopUp and Get International.

Glad to hear they will be staying, Just off the beaten track but does anyone know whether vodafone will be increasing their freedom packs to say £25 = 500 mins unlimited texts or something. Or weather voice packs will be available to buy on one of those new tarrifs starting on 2 November like Orange are doing for £5 get 100 mins to use in 30 days.
