Hey, I purchased a £10 freedom pack sunday night using my top up credit to buy it. Yesterday i checked to see how many minutes and texts I have left and it says I have credit and not the freedom pack. I rang through, confirmed it and listened to the message telling me I had purchased a £10 freedom pack but its not actually given me this. Any ideas? Im not stupid lol and the fact the message said I had purchased it is more confusing. Cheers.

To be honest i think that it would be best to take a look at your account to see exactly what is going on with this one as could simply be a case of the pack has not allocated to your account correctly.

Simply reply to an email that I have just sent you and I will get one of the team to look into this further for you.
