Hi,
I was checking my Bonus Bank total on my phone when i accidentally cancelled Bonus Bank. Straight away i reinstated it but unfortunaely i've lost any credit what was in Bonus Bank.

Is there any way i can retreive this?

give cust service a call on 191 they might put the balance back on but you will have to wait 3 months again before you can redeem the balance

Vodafone Bonus Bank is a Pay as You Go reward scheme that works as follows. (More information as linked)

Every time you top up, we'll give you 10% back. So for example if you top up £10 we'll put an extra pound in to your bonus bank for you to save and spend at a later date. You can spend your bonus bank savings on TopUps or put them towards a new phone.

The amount in your bonus bank builds up for the first three months, and after that you can spend it whenever you like as long as you've saved a minimum of £5.

I'm pretty sure they knew what bonus bank is since they were trying to check there total amount and accidently opted out
