Hi. I have a pay monthly account and two vodafone PAYG sim cards with £10 credit. Is it possible to transfer the payg credit to my pay monthly account? or just combine the two credit for the two payg sim cards?

You would be unable to transfer PAYG credit to a pay monthly account.

It is possible to transfer credit from one PAYG SIM to an alternative PAYG SIM providing both SIMs are registered in your name.

The credit transfer is actioned by the PAYT account management team, but before this can be done, both numbers have to be registered, and in the same name address details. If they are not, the transfer cannot take place.

I'm afraid you'll have to call Customer Services on 08700 776655 to register your numbers, then we will be able to transfer the credit
