I bought a new phone a few months ago and have struggled to get the voicemail to work,
I tried to set it up via 1211 and it says it's activated, but when you dial the phone, you get a recorded message saying "please enter the mobile number of the person you wish to leave a message for"
When I tried to dial normal voicemail via 121 it says voicemail is currently not working, and will be back working soon, but it seems to be fine on any other phone.
We went into Carphone Warehouse (where I bought the phone) and they suggested putting a new sim card in, so i have done that and transferred the number and everything across, but it still doesn't work.
Please could you help me on this situation?
