Why can't I view my balance or top up?

I haven't been able to view my balance or top up since friday. Can anyone help me with this.......PLEASE!!!!!!!!

Are you having this problem online or on the phone itself?

If you are having any problems your best option would be to give Customer Care a call either on 191 from your phone or 08700776655 from another line, they should be able to find out what the issue is

Please could you advise us where you are unable to see the information you are looking to view?

 

You can check your usage on 'My Account' or you can call 44555 or if you have a device that is compatible such as Android you can download the 'My Vodafone' App for your device.
