Hi, I have transferred a mobile number that was linked to a Vodaphone business account to my personal pay monthly contract.
I can't access any of my account details and am getting the message "Your request hasn't been approved yet ".
I have contacted customer services 3 times over the last 3 weeks and they have been unable to resolve the problem.
Any idea how i resolvbe the problem?
