I have the same problem, can anybody pls help?
I also can't register for myaccount, it's always the same error message:
"Some Business Exception has occured while processing registration/subscription"
Would be very pleased for help.

Please could you advise us what error messages you see?
There are many ways to TopUp which can be seen on our Help Centre, please could you advise us if you are still experiencing difficulties as it may be connected with the Bank Identification Number (BIN) range on the card you are using.
