can't top up online

I can't top up online and I only can see below messages.

help me plz.

This issue is something that we are aware of and is caused by the registration process not completing correctly in the back end however, it is something that we can resolve for you.

Hi, im having the same problem, i cant topup, been having it for days, tiried numerous times online and over on my phone, please help. same message for me,.

I have the same problem, can anybody pls help?

 

I also can't register for myaccount, it's always the same error message:

"Some Business Exception has occured while processing registration/subscription"

 

Would be very pleased for help.

I can't top-up online or by using my phone - what is going on??? If this isn't sorted tomorrow I'm off to Tesco - my son doesn't have these sorts of problems using them...

As James mentioned, we were aware of some issues recently, and we since have been advised that these have been resolved. Can you confirm if you are still having issues for me so we can look into this or flag things up as required?

This is still happening.  The first post was in October last year and it's STILL not sorted - crummy service Vodafone...

Please sort it out!

Thank you for your post, as you can see this was an issue some time ago and has since been resolved for the previous users.

 

Please could you advise us what error messages you see?

 

There are many ways to TopUp which can be seen on our Help Centre, please could you advise us if you are still experiencing difficulties as it may be connected with the Bank Identification Number (BIN) range on the card you are using.
