Hey, I am having the same issue, I can't log into my account. I've contacted CS and they promised to resolve the issue but I guess it didn't happen. I am currently abroad on a work assignment and out of credit. I can't topup using local Vodafone Vouchers using Option 6 (Disappointing!) and I don't want to lose the number I had for almost 6 years. Help and tips are appreciated.

Thanks for your post here. I’m sorry to hear that you are having problems with topping up. I appreciate how frustrating this must be for you.
So that we can look into this I need to send you an email over to the email address that you have registered with. All you need to do is hit reply and fill in all of the information it asks for and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Hello, I was trying online to Top Up my SIM so Vodafone UK could actually unlock my iPhone4 via NUC. After filling all required fields I was always getting this message below... I needed to manually enter my address info just to add. I do not know is it my fault or really system is not working? On top of that, I tried with 2-3 different credit cards, always same problem/message. Help me with this please.

You don’t need to worry as we can get everything sorted for you.
Unfortunately due to a system update, I currently don’t have access to our email system, so we can get this sorted for you I simply need you to send us your details through the contact us page.
Simply fill in your details, include a link to your post and your username in the message box and send this off to us using the subject “EFT165 your eForum query”
This will then direct your email to our team and I will get one of the team to look into this for you.

It is a nightmare, the only way i can top up is at an ATM which is fine when in the UK, however I am abroad at the moment and need to top up online urgently

hi, Im also having problems topping up online. my bank details are saved with vodafone for top up direct but dont seem able to use this. I then tryed to enter my details to pay by card but it came up saying it wasnt the make of card i said it was!!! i do hope this can be sorted soon.
