i received a text saying you will double my next top up for being valued customer

i received a text saying you will double my next top up for being valued customer if i top up before feb 18th 2012. i have since done this and nothing has happened. can you tell me whats going on please????

On your post you say that the offer ends on the 18th February, so your free credit will more than likely be applied within 24 hours after that date
