iPad ququed data bundles

[ Edited ]

I have 3x250MB stored bundles on my PAYG ipad account. The top-up routine on my ipad asks me to buy a new bundle rather than using the ququed bundles. How do I do this?

Re: iPad ququed data bundles

Hi peterjthomas,

Welcome to the Vodafone eForum from all of the team.

To be honest when you are buying a new bundle it will then queue that bundle and use one of the bundles already queued.

The only way to use these bundles would be not to top up until the bundles have gone and then set the top up back up again if it is an automated top up.

Re: iPad ququed data bundles

I had the same problem had two bundles queued but could not use them and had to buy another bundle and my top up is not automatic. I was lead to believe it would automatically use the queued bundles until they ran out . This was not the case or am I doing something wrong.

I have the same problem, I bought the 3 for £10 and it used the first one and told me to pay again. I did and it's run out again. It now shows 2 used and 4 queued, how do you release the queued ones? Thanks

Re: iPad queued data bundles

Hi stevedmobile,

The bundles that you have queued should be automatically applied once the old bundles have completely expired however, as you mention you have no bundle left I have sent you a quick Pm so we can take a look at the account in more detail.

Please follow the instruction on the PM so we can do this for you.

You can find your PM inbox here.

I am having exactly the same issue and I can't find a way to resolve it, has anyone found a solution? My queued bundles are not kicking in automatically and I can't find a way to use them

Re: iPad queued data bundles

Hi Wesika,

To be honest this could be to do with it not being 30 days since the first bundle was applied however, if this point has passed I would like to take a look at the account in more detail to see exactly what is happening.

So we can do this a PM is on its way to you now, please follow the instructions on the Pm and one of the team will be able to get this checked for you.

You can find your PM inbox here.

Re: iPad queued data bundles

Hi

Im new to this forum but I'm also having this issue, I have just purchased a bundle of 3 x 250 mb as a message popped up sayin my mobile data had expired and would I like to purchase more. I followed the prompt, logged in and bought the bundle as usual. However, shortly after I got the same message, I checked the account and a message popped up saying my account hadn't been uploaded, I checked the account and it states I now have 4 queued bundles, 3 from today and 1 from July when I last purchased the bundle. Ow do I activate these queued bundles.

many thanks

Re: iPad ququed data bundles

Hi.  I have had the same problem and have been led a merry dance by Customer Services in trying to resolve it.  In the course of this "dance" I have spent many chargeable minutes on the phone and had some pretty duff guidance and service. Including the useless "My Vodafone App" and next to useless "My Vodafone Account" portal in addition to the "Mobile Data Account" viewer in iPad settings.  Culminating in a visit to a Vodafone store, as advised by Stacey in CS who asserted that I must have used all my data allowance because of incorrect settings, only to have the store guy confirm my iPad settings were fine and he could not help further.  He was however able to witness that the Mobile Data usage on my iPad was a fraction of the data purchased from Vodafone in these bundles. As observed by others, this does not prevent the erroneous "You have no data left" messages from popping up, from time to time. I tend to ignore them and carry on!

Look forward to answers on queued bundle status / use and getting rid of the no data error message issue.
