So since feb this year i have been trying to claim my rewardz which i have quite a few now. I can log in to voadfone to my account but as soon as i go to the reward page it alkways shows a blankj screen, i can top up easy enough and grow my rewardz but if i want to claim then no go, i see this is happening to alot of people and wonder if anyone has claimed their rewardz! or is it a farce!, i went into a vodafone store to which the advisor used my dongle to connect up and rang customer services, he then deactivated my account as advised so i could then re join. But after doing so it's still the same, i tried mailing customer services but after a month of trying and amazingly the email system was down so i was advosed to write in to customer services. all i want is to claim what i'm promised! so please can someone help me do this. no links to the rewardz page as i have tried from many different pc's and laptops even my phone! solution to this long drawn out process would be great. thanks in advance.

Hi Lee. Thank you for your reply i have done as said via pm, i have also added the below link to the blank screen i keep getting from different laptops and also my mobile web is the same. This has been going on for months now, also customer services back in febuary deleted my account and said registar again after 24 hours which would solve the problem, It hasn't and i'm still waiting to claim my rewardz which are well over 2000 now. all i want is to exchange it for a top up credit. any help to do this thank you.

I have checked the emails and can see that James tried contacting you and as you were unavailable he sent you an email however one thing I did notice is that you state you are using a dongle and the Freebee Rewardz are only available for mobile phone devices which can be seen in the Frequently Asked Questions.
