Big value bundle

Hi, I have a £10 bundle that renews every month. I have 20 days left of this particular bundle, which is confirmed via the app. Yet I keep getting texts from Vodafone saying it's expired. Anyone else having this problem/ how do I make sure I'm not charged separately!

If this was my situation I'd check in my online myVodafone and myvodafone app to see. 

Customer services on 191 or Live Chat can access your account to.check too.

My app still say s I have I one. I tried the 191 that also says I have one, but I can't get to talk to a person! I'm gonna have to give the online chat a go at home as it doesn't work on my phone
