I need a PAC code. I requested one through Live Chat but it never came. The advisor told me to call to get one. I am unable to call as I have no credit on my PAYG phone and I do not have a land line. Is it possible to receive this code despite these problems?

Can you use someone you know landline or its possible the Vodafone store would let you use their shop phone.
