hey guys im also having the same problem as everyone else and have redeemed the amazon code if they are still not working is it alright for me to apply for a points refund or have an argos voucher instead? because i dont want to be waiting forever for a code that probably will likely never show up.
I'm also having a problem getting my promised £20 Amazon voucher. I redeemed my Rewards for it on 4 March and chased by live chat on 6 March, when I was promised it would be sent that day. It hasn't appeared. There are two options - either Vodafone is grossly incompetent (highly probable) or it's committing fraud.
My response to Dane of Vodafone is that if it is not in fact possible to redeem Rewards for a £20 Amazon voucher, Vodafone need to remove that option from their website. Unfortunately they leave a trail (in writing) of untruths (a text to confirm the voucher will be with the customer within 24 hours, a live chat stating the voucher will be sent that day). I've said I will escalate my complaint if I don't receive my voucher.
That's open ended! I'm sure I'll hear from you within the 48 hours originally mentioned and that you will have valid Amazon voucher details for me.

Dane - you didn't get back to me within the 48 hours mentioned, so I've escalated my complaint and have written to your CEO today, copying in a few other interested parties. Your response is frankly an insult.
I agree. I've had an email from Vodafone with an Amazon voucher code today but - guess what? - it's a voucher code they sent me in December 2016 and can't be credited to my account. I'm going to carry on fighting them because they are really annoying me. I think Trading Standards is an option because they are offering an inducement to spend money with them which is false.
I got an email saying that 2000 points had been taken but the voucher had not been created so they had added 2000 points back to my account for me to try again but as of now the 2000 points isn't there.
Same problem with redeeming 2000 points for a £20 Amazon Voucher - points gone but no voucher received!
So I have just had a very sureal conversation with a live chat operative. (Not sure what time zone they are in but its definately not GMT!)
Don't think I will every receive my voucher.
