Unlock Code

Anonymous
Not applicable

I applied online on 9/4/2017 for an unlock code for my PAYG phone that I bought over a month before. After a few days I had not heard anything so I checked the help pages again online and it said that if I hadn't received a confirmation email within 24 hours of posting the form I should fill in the form again.

So I filled in the form a second time. Then after this I got an email from Vodafone saying that they had asked my phone manufacturer (Huawei) for the unlock code.

But two days later I received another email saying that because I had asked for an unlock code a second time it had been rejected due to "fraud rules".

What should I do now?

Hi,

Vodafones automated systems can flag fraud if an unlock request is made too many times. Typically more than two times tho.

If you speak with Customer Services on 191 or Live Chat they can help and or provide the Direct email address for Nuc Resolutions.
