credit checking with ##1345#

Hello there

 

I recently purchased a PAYG Vodafone SIM in Nottingham. I paid £10 and all is ok except when I try to check credit using ##1345# it returns credit amount as 0.00

 

I need to be able to check the remaining credit using this method ##1345#. I see from other posts its something to do witth bundles and paying for your allowance in advance. Is there some way to turn off this bundle mechanism so I can see the remaining credit as I use it?

Hi

 

You maybe using the wrong shortcode. 

 

To see your balance on screen, call *#1345# free from your Vodafone Pay as you go mobile.

 

To see your remaining allowance, call 2345 free from your Vodafone Pay as you go mobile

If you don’t have your mobile with you, call the Pay as you go credit line on 03333 048048 from any other mobile or landline (standard call charges apply)

 

Can you check in your online myvodafone or send the myvodafone app and it'll tell.you what your on. 

 

Help information on Payg tariffs. 

 

It's probably the big value bundle where the top up is taken to pay for a set amount of allowances for 30 days. 

 

If so use the allowances so you don't miss out and then opt out of the Big Value Bundle in time before the refresh date and choose the freebie tariff. This tariff gives you some allowances that again lasts 30 days but you keep your top up to use perhaps if your allowances run out.
