Number not transferred

I brought a new contract on Tuesday (7pm) so was told my number would transfer over from EE by 4pm Thursday (48 hours).  This hasn't happened by 4pm today (Friday). 

 

How long will it be?  It is really frustrating.

It depends on where the contract was purchased.  

 

If the contract was arranged through a third party, it will depend on when the third party sends details of your new contract to Vodafone.

 

If you took out the contract direct with Vodafone, the quickest way to find out what has happened is by using live chat, they will be able to let you know the progress of your number port. You will find a link on the contact us section at the bottom of the page.
