So fed up with Vodafone. I'm having such a problem with my Sim and mobile number not being swapped. Been trying to get it resolved for a week and absolutely sick of contacting Vodafone and having to explain the whole thing every time. I've even had a new sim sent and it's still not working. Supposedly been escalated to technical team but still nothing. No feedback, no contact, so who would know if this even did happen? Paying monthly and unable to use it! Breach of contract I'd say! 4 page letter of complaint winging its way to Vodafone tomorrow! Most unimpressed.

I feel your pain! Did you get yours sorted?

My upgrades arrived 10 days ago and still getting a no service message despite phoning, online chat and going into store.  Have had 3 lots of sim cards too having been told each time that they are faulty. Really fed up with the service from vodafone and on the verge of cancelling my contract
