20ms to get to the first external hop seems excessive.

Streaming bandwidth seems generally fine, but that number of corrections seems high, especially in a short period of time.

FEC continues to rise quickly, it was in the billions before the reboot and even in the 5 minutes to compose this email is now showing 7734346.

Should I bother raising a case, or would it just be a waste of their time?
