My Vodafone App

Hi,

I have recently migrated from a Vodafone Business customer to a pay monthly customer. I was issued a PAC code for this and have successfully migrated along with a new sim. However the My Vodafone app does not work since it thinks I am still on a business account. I have reinstalled the app and reset it with no success.

Any ideas ?

Hi

How long ago was recently?

It can take up u too your first bill for the app to catch up.

Also have you set up a new my Vodafone account with new email and password.

If you get stuck customer services on 191 or use Live Chat as they can help.

If required come back to the forum and one of the Vodafone Team here can help.

Hi @ransomz

If you have set up a new pay monthly account for the number, the My Vodafone Application should follow.  When the account is set up, you would need to use completely fresh information from the business acccount.

If you continue to have issues with the application, live chat are there to help and there is no reason for them to be unable to solve this for you.

The number was migrated on Thursday/Friday. The number now appears on my account summary along with the other numbers on the account.

Not aware that the My Vodafone app requires a username and password.
