I have migrated from a business account to contract with a PAC and new NFC sim. Wallet fails to setup properly and is complaining that it is unable to add the debit card which is associated with the account. There does not appear to be a way to delete the card and start again.

Any ideas ?

Hi

 

When did you change account types ?

 

May I assume if you've had to use a Pac code then your business account was with a Vodafone partner?

 

It may take a short while for your account to settle. 

 

Live Chat or customer service on 191 maybe able to further assist.

Hi @ransomz

 

Your data will be stored on your original business SIM card.  This will probably mean you will need to remove Wallet, readd using the new SIM and download a fresh copy of the Wallet application.

 

The best thing to do is to have a live chat, they should be able to confirm the procedure for account change.

I will put the old sim in and see of it's possible to delete the card. I have a feeling Vodafone will need to fix this. Ill get in touch with chat.
