Everyone and eTeam help me plz.
I'm international student in Mel. i chose Vodafone to sign contract. After 3 months, I paid bill normally. This month, Vodafone took twice payments from my card. I'm student so I dont have much money >.<, I still keep record which prove that I've paid twice for my payment.
What should I do now? Plz help me. =="

You should call or email in and ask them if they have received 2 payments, if they have they can arrange a repayment for cards this is typically 5 days, did you pay it online ?

Yes, I paid it online. I have read some topics which have the same problem as mine. In that topics, I saw some eTeam of Vodafone who said they would send email to solve problem. So that why I make this topic and hope some one will help me. Tomorrow, I will call 155 to ask about this. The reason why I haven't called 155 is some guys on this forum sail i doesn't work. ==".

I notice you mention calling 155 from your Vodafone mobile, this is the Customer Service help line for Vodafone Australia. The UK number is helpline is 191.
