Hi, I just checked my bank statement and mere hours after getting paid I'd lost £400 - I assumed this was another direct debit somehow coming out early, but by the looks of things it's from Vodafone. I've looked at my online bill and apparently I've used over 9GB of data on my own personal number last month - this is absolutely not possible and there seem to be loads of charges for random 300MB amounts at midnight on various dates. I know you guys work on a first-come-first-serve basis but please if you see this tonight, start trying to fix it for me because I have to pay rent by tomorrow and I can't afford to now due to being off sick a lot last month
I know that isn't your fault, but I need the overcharging bit fixed lol. Pleeease! Thank you!

I don't like to be the bearer of more bad news when you've already had a severe shock, but IMHO you have zero chance of getting this sorted out in 24 hours and that would still apply even if the CEO himself were to take up your case. Assuming that the Tech Team pick this up immediately they will want/need more information from you via PM so that they can identify your account ( your eforum sign-on does not relate back to your account details ) and that will take a little time. Then, assuming the best-case scenario where it can quickly be proven that the charges are a mistake - and there is no guarantee of that - it can take many days to get the overpayment put back into your account.
If I were you I'd be having a word with the landlord(s) now, before you default, and see if you can't come to some arrangement. You might also like to have a word with your bank and just double-check whether you can get the payment reversed - if you don't ask, you don't get.
