44555 text not working

Hi there team,

 

Can you please let me know if there is a problem with the 44555 text, I cannot get a response from the service.

 

 

I would also like to know why on my 'unbilled usage' on my account everything is N/A.  it has been like this for several weeks and is the same for both numbers.

There is a problem with 44555 .. isnt working for alot of people I know just now.

Hi AnnS

 

Sorry to see that these are not working for you.

 

A few of us have just tried dialing 44555 and this worked fine, the text alert came through before we could end the call.

 

We have also been able to see our unbilled usage on line

 

When you have tried these are you getting any error messages?

Hello Martin,

 

I have been having a problem with the 44555 text for a while, sometimes it worked after five or six attempts but I cannot get any response from the service, I just dont get the text back.

 

The unbilled usage on the online account is N/A and its the same for the second number you set up.

 

I would like to get the 44555 sorted Martin, and also the unbilled usage on both the numbers  Can you help with these please ?

I have just tried the 44555 text and it worked !

 

The unbilled usage is also showing.

 

Perhaps it was a network problem but its all good now.

Please can anyone advise . I am still not able to receive any text alerts I cannot log on online and CS cannot see any information either. At this moment in time no-one seems able to tell me what allowances I have left or how much my unbilled usage might be. Where do I go from here ?

I too have just tried the 44555 service, and also checked my online account, and both are working without issue.

 

bertyb has a valid point, have you recently upgraded or changed your tariff?

 

If the answer is yes, then it's this that has effected the services, and they will not show a balance until you have completed a billing cycle.

 

If you can let me know this, it will help in finding the route cause of this.

           Thanks for the reply. This problem is effecting all numbers on my account. LeeH faulted it last week but I have not heard anything since. Perhaps you could have a look at this again for me. The ref no is HD0000001721722.

HELP. I have chased this up myself a few times and I am still not getting anywhere. I still cannot access my online account check my balance or even pay my bill via you automated service. I keep on been told it will be up and running tomorrow/ delete the account / 191 has not been activated on your account. Whilst everyone has tried to help I am still no further forward.:smileysad:

The 44555 service for some people has not been working for weeks now. Vodafone are aware of this issue but there is no timescale.

We appear to be going around in circles here trying to relay information and get this sorted - obviously one thing has now resolved but can you confirm if the online billing is still affected?

 

If it is, LeeH will look to contact you again tomorrow so we can get this sorted. If there's a good time and (never thought I'd ask this on the public forum!) number that would be ideal.

Hi Dave N,

             I am now getting texts saying that my bills are are to be viewed online but when I try and log in I keep on getting the same problem of asking for my mobile no sending out the security code and going round in circles. I am free (well quite cheap:smileytongue:) from 9.00-12.00 tomorrow. Might be able to get be in the afternoon but I am afraid it will be very hit and miss. If not Iam about Friday morning.
