Hi, my usage checker isnt working (44555), it tells me to check the website, however when I check the website it says N/A
I sent an email to customer service and the reply was not helpful, they just told me ive used 307 minutes out of 300...
Thanks to this stupid thing not working ive went over for the first time in 2 years with Vodafone
Also, I want to find out the date my phone allowance is topped up and what date my bill is taken?

I suppose 44555 is fairly new and vodafone have to iron out all of the bugs.

Many thanks for your posts here regarding 44555 not working however, the issue with 44555 should now be resolved.
Also just to let you know, My Account has now also been updated to include running data usage counters for data used since your last bill.
