Hi, my usage checker isnt working (44555), it tells me to check the website, however when I check the website it says N/A

Whats wrong? :smileyfrustrated:  

I sent an email to customer service and the reply was not helpful, they just told me ive used 307 minutes out of 300...
Thanks to this stupid thing not working ive went over for the first time in 2 years with Vodafone :smileysad:

Also, I want to find out the date my phone allowance is topped up and what date my bill is taken?

but it should have the records vodaphone itself , you contact that but could not settle again ,you should change the services ! :smileymad:

44555 clearly is not doing what it is supposed to be doing. Search the forums and you'll find several threads saying exactly what you have just described.

I suppose 44555 is fairly new and vodafone have to iron out all of the bugs.

Hi Guys,

 

Many thanks for your posts here regarding 44555 not working however, the issue with 44555 should now be resolved.

 

Also just to let you know, My Account has now also been updated to include running data usage counters for data used since your last bill.

 

If anyone has any questions, please let me know.

I don't seem to be able to see the details of the data counter int he My Account section. Could you let me know how to find it?

The My Account hasn't changed yet to show this information. What has been updated is the balance checker on 44555, this now shows a data counter. If you can select option 2 after calling 44555 you will get a text message letting you know what you have used.

The 44555 service is now working! Thank you.

 

Although the option to see data usage in the My Bill section of the website still does not load.

My colleagues and I have just tried the balance checker on our phones and this is still letting us know the data usage.


If you can select option 2 after dialling 44555 you should get this on the text back to you.
