i had the find and go thing with my blackberry, now i don't have blackberry and have twice requested that this pack be removed from my bills.  still there.  if i didn't check my bill breakdown online i wouldn't know.  get your act together.

Vodafone have a seperate system that manages your content packs, the pack can be removed from the main system and still be active on the other!

Give them a call again and ask them to check the other system!

called up today, told the guy the problem.  he was adamant that it was something i did to get the charge.  i said it wasn't, asked to speak to a manager.  he said his manager would call me back in 30 mins.  that was 4 hours ago.  useless ######s.  i wish i hadn't taken out a new contract with vodafone.
