I upgraded from my Blackberry Bold 9700 to an iPhone4 yesterday afternoon. I was made to choose a new price plan as part of the upgrade which I did. I was wondering as I won't recieve the phone until Wednesday or Thursday what the current situation is with my Blackberry. I'm now unable to access Blackberry Messenger & some of the other features I was previously able to.
My billing month ends on the 3rd of every month so yesterday I recieved 1,200 minutes & everything else I usually would but now I'm unsure as to whether this still counts if I were to make a phone call or whether I'm going to be charged for texts, internet & phone calls until I receive and activate the iPhone. I'm a little worried due as one of the services I receive whilst using the Blackberry is "unlimited" land line calls which saves me no end of bother however I used it last night for an hour or so & made a couple of quick calls to family, usually where this would be reflected in the text message I receive afer dialing "44555" nothing has shown so I'd just like to know the situation & if I'm being charged for this.

Thanks for your post here. Congratulations on upgrading The iPhone 4 is a great phone (speaking from experience )
As you have now upgraded, you will be now on your new price plan. So that we can work out what minutes you'll have etc I'm going to send you an email over to the email address that you registered with. All you need to do is hit reply and fill in all of the information it asks for. We'll then get back to you as soon as possible.
