ARRGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

What is going on Vodafone, first its impossible to use your website without it timing out or crashing out. Then when you do finally get something that works, it doesn't work.

I reported back in October that you managed to take 2 payments from my account for a bill. As customer service spun a lie about a refund I had to do a charge back on my credit card. Come to Novembers bill and Im now being told I owe for Octobers bill as well as Novembers. NO I DON'T, you took 2 payments, I asked my Credit Card company to refund one of the payments, so you had your money.

So coming to Novembers bill, I see my bill is for £20.40, then I see a credit of £28.29 (the bill from the month before) and am being told its overdue. Even my balance is £7.80 in credit, yet I owe you money???????

Ok, i thought, better pay the amount owed, then chase up the problem afterwards. NO NOT AGAIN, you've taken 2 payments for the exact same amount again (£20.40). If anyone is making sense of all this, please, do tell!

Dare I listen to the web of lies from customer service about a refund being made, which won't be. Then do I go and do a charge back on my debit card, and end up in the same situation again next month. ARRGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

Such a simple then, yet impossible with Vodafone!!!!!! Please somebody from Vodafone, sort this out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just how can my balance be overdue when im £7.80 in credit?

Re: ARRGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

To add insult to injury, thought i'd get round the double charging by setting up a direct debit.

HaHaHaHa, yes i've managed to setup the direct debit, YET THE BANK NAME IS ICICI.

If anyone feels inclined to look this up, you'll find its the second largest bank in India!!!!!

errrr, i live in the UK, have done since birth, and have a UK bank account which has nothing to do with ICICI...........................

Re: ARRGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

I give up:

You don't have a Direct Debit setup for

This amount does not include what you owe us since your last bill. If you see a zero balance it may be because you've already paid by Direct Debit. Usage can take up to 48 hours to show.

Yet I go to setup the direct debit, its already setup......... What a useless website!

Re: ARRGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

And before some wise person comes on and says 'You shouldn't press the pay button twice, think again before saying that'. I have never pressed the button twice, I pay all my bills online and have never had a problem with other websites I have been using for the last 6 years.

Re: ARRGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

I see other people with similar problems have had responses. 2 days later and not a peep from anyone at Vodafone for my query.

I am not going to let this go without someone responding, its 2 months in a row this has happened now and my account is in a real mess!!!

Re: ARRGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

Hi Dave,

Thanks, have received your email.

I can appreciate that you are a small team, however your comment 'work on a first come first serve basis' doesn't quite ring true, I have found other posts where people have had the same problem which were posted after mine and they have had responses.

Still, hopefully we'll be able to sort something out now.

Cheers
