About to become an ex costumer !

All I wanted was a decent deal on my due phone upgrade, but no not with vodafone, I was looking at the HTC Desire HD, but not for £35 per month or the £90 for the phone along with the £35 per month contract !! When I can get it for free as a new costumer, also I can get a far better deal with other providers.  It seems Vodafone don't care about people who have been with them for years, I have two phones with you guys, aint my money good enough? Is costumer loyalty not high on your list of priority's, with the attitude of the person I spoke to at renewals it clearly isn't, with the "I can put you through to cancellations if you wish" line.  Not happy with the attitude, not happy with the offers.  Now do I have to write to them or is there an email link i can use to cancell my contract?

Re: About to become an ex costumer !

i emailed vodofone about cancelling my contract on tuesday and receved an email a few minutes later saying that i would be called by a memeber of vodafone within 24 hours and here i am 48 hours later, still no phone call or confirmation that my contract will be ended.

Not happy with the level of customer service i have recieved and am happy to be leaving vodofone after 4 1/2 years.

Ive replyed to the email, but i,m not holding my breath for a decent outcome.  My faith in voda's costumer services has been shaken.

Re: About to become an ex costumer !

Hi Martyn,

Many thanks for your time on the phone earlier today. I'm glad I was able to help sort out a better value deal than those online for the Desire HD. If you get 90 seconds, I'd really appreciate some feedback using our quick Questionnaire. Any comments are welcome!

Enjoy the new handset Tuesday :smileywink:

Cheers, Ben

The only reason that the desire HD would have cost you to upgrade is because it was an early online upgrade, im guessing?
