Accessing on line account

Has anyone had any success contacting Vodafone regarding accessing on line accounts. Every time I attempt to access my account I get the message below. This has gone on for over a month. Even though I do not know what my invoice will be Vodafone and Vodafone are well aware that I cannot access my details they just keep taking money from my bank account. E-mails are ignored or occasionally replied with "its working" then ignored again. If you speak to anyone they suggest I go to my nearest Vodafone store. Five times today I explained I was in Kuwait but only when I was rude did the fool actually listen to me. He then kindly offered to call me back. At last I thought, service. But no, Vodafone has set my phone to divert directly to voicemail, two telephone calls to helpdesk proffered different advice to take the divert off, neither of which worked.

So now I have a phone I cannot receive calls on and I have no idea what my next bill will be, but I do know Vodafone will be helping themselves to money very soon.

I also know if they do help themselves to my money before resolving these issues the account will be closed.

Re: Accessing on line account

Will you send an e-mail during my life time I wonder, its been three days and no e-mail yet. If it ever does arrive how long will it take to resolve the problem, its been more than two months. Don't forget the account will be closed if you take money from my bank account without my permission.

Ditto. Website is appalling, like their reception and customer service.

Re: Accessing on line account

They have finally resolved the issue for me after two months of ignored e-mails and phone calls. One, I had to post my complaint very publicly and Two. Again very publicly inform them I would take action if the accessed my bank account without my prior permission. They are not allowed to remove money without your permission so deny them permission to do so until they have resolved something that you are paying for. Vodafone used to be very good, now they are the same, if not worse than the others.

Re: Accessing on line account

Tony,

Glad to hear you got sorted eventually !     For future reference, can you tell me how to temporarily deny companies access to my bank account without actually cancelling the DD ?   Not heard of that one before !

I'm unable to access my account, and have been for several months - just spent about 20 minutes on the phone to support wasting time deleting cookies and testing different browsers to no avail - any chance of some help?

Re: Accessing on line account

I too have been unable to login into my online account for what seems like months now... and i'm extremely annoyed that i tied into a new mobile contract for a further 2 years after spending over 20 years with Vodafone... I'm feeling the larger Vodafone have become... the worse the service has become. I'm all for saving the planet from excess waste and have been on the paperless billing system for a few years now but it is NO good if you cannot access your account details online to check how you are being billed and to find out the cause to higher bills than expected, if you cannot access the basic of information from the Vodafone website. I have tried dealing direct with the helpdesk today to be told that they can access my account no problems... even after they reset a new password for me... it still didn't help me - as I still couldn't get in as it keeps telling me that there is a problem and to try again later...!!! I'm losing the will to live people.... :womanmad:

Re: Accessing on line account

I've been having the same problem and really quickly losing my patience with this GARBAGE network.

You are very very quick to send out the bills and ask for money from Customers but when it comes to customers needs you do CRAP ALL

Re: Accessing on line account

I can get logged on OK. Where I am struggling is to see my usage in detail for the current period. Last month I over ran on my Mobile Internet and already used half of this months allowance with still 20 days to go. I want to see how I have used my data in the current period, but can't work out how.

Re: Accessing on line account

Hi, I am new to Vodafone and was connected today. I have a sim only plan. I tried to register my account online but it asks me for my account number or pin when I try to register and I did not get any account details when the sim got delivered to me so i called customer care on 191 and I was given an account number, I filled in the rest of the information it asked of me but then got a message saying sorry your account cannot be accessed right now due to technical difficulties. I called customer care back and they told me to post a message on here. I need to get this sorted as I need to check my balance, and most importantly see if my new sim card has been registered yet. If money is taken out of my account and I still havent had this problem resolved I will be taking action against vodafone I would appreciate it if I could have some help from at least the web team at vodafone as the others seem to be giving no one any service! Can you help? Thanks
