I am also having the same problem logging into my account, i have recieved emails from support team saying that my account is working okay but i still cant log in, any help would be appreciated.

Hi guys,
CMPunk247 and CarolineEast21 - I'm popping you an email so we can get this looked into. Just reply back with the requested details along with a quick walkthrough of what you're doing from loading the login/registration screen to the point when the issue occurs and we'll get this sorted for you.
EssexJim - When you log in for a contract account the landing screen should include, to the right of "My Plan", a section marked "what you've used since your last bill". This displays bar diagrams of the amount of minutes, texts and data used. If you’re not seeing this, can you confirm the type of account and what you're seeing?

I have just received an email saying it has been passed to their "techical" dept because everyone else so far involved has not been able to resolve this.
Now haven't been able to access my online bills since July 12th

I'm having the same problem.
I have no access to my current balance and i have no way of upgrading my phone online (which i am currently trying to do).
Paradoxically when i phoned Vodafone they could access my account online with no problem, though they still informed me i could not upgrade my phone unless i did it online, which of course at the moment i can't.
Erm, help?

Exact same problem here too!
can't log in and can't change my password, emailed the technical department and was told there's no problem :L
I'm sick to death of trying over and over lol

I'm also having this issue with accessing m account, Started happening the day I got my " your bill is ready email" Haven't been able to pay online due to this issue had to call and put up with the automated system ![]()

I cannot access my online account either.
But saying that i have forgot my username/password.
So i entered my phone number as per instructions to try and reset the information.
But i am getting the message below after numerous attempts.
There seems to be a problem with your account. Please try again or contact our help desk.
- We can not retrieve your credentials using Vodafone phone number entered by you. Please enter other phone number below to reset your password.
I looked through your helpdesk area and could not find a soloution to the problem.
Seems alot of people have had slight issues over the past few months.
Do you delete accounts if they have been inactive over a period of time.

I have the problem with online account as well. I cannot open it, recover username or password, and it cannot recognize my phone number. It is impossible to reach the call center. I see that it is not only my problem. I am going to block my DD, if this problem doesnt solve.

I've tried to log in several times over the last couple of days but it seems I'm having the same trouble too. Like the original poster, I get the following message when trying to log in:
There seems to be a problem with your account. Please try again or contact our help desk.
Sorry, we're having a technical problem at the moment. Please try again in a few minutes.
Would appreciate it if someone could contact me to help sort it out.

I have exactly the same problem and this is the second time it has occurred. Don't have these sorts of issues with any other online accounts I have.

I have been having issues accessing my account online for months also, and my bills are getting higher. I need to be able to check the amount being taken is correct. Can something please be done.
