Dear Support member,
I am using a pay monthly contract phone which is in my cousin's name. Now I would like to transfer that account to my name. When we (myself and my cousin) contacted the customer service team in this regard, they advised me that the credit check has been declined and they are now unable to transer the account. Followed by this, I checked the experian website which has given me a credit score of 890, a "good" credit rating according to experian. Eventhough my phone account is in my cousin's name, the direct debit has been setup with my bank.
Please advise what credit score is required for pay monthly account transfer. Is it possible for you to review my case.
Any help will be appreciated.
