Hello Vodafone,

As off the 1st March 2012 i phoned up asking when it was possible for me too upgrade my phone , The Guy Said "as off the 24th you can upgrade via phone " So i phoned up on the 15th March 2012 and asked what upgrade options did i have ? the bloke said thens non ready for you yet as you can only upgrade on the 26th via Phone.

So i thought heck why not give them a phone today and see what new phones there are for me to upgrade Too in 4 Days time as im really getting excited about my first upgrade and Deciding on the iPhone 4S £45 a month 18 month tarrif would be a lifesaver for me ,

VODAFONE ARE USELESS !!!

the guy says i cannot upgrade till the 5th off Fricken May !!!!!!

he said i was able too upgrade THIS MONTH !  as it was a 90 Day early upgrade but noo as i currently pay you guys £88 a month for the last year and half or so you can take my money but i cannot upgrade ,

As you guys keep DECIDING in your head about upgrading and if im allowed it or not,

Personally i was going too switch too a diffrent network which provides a better level off customer satisfaction ,

If something isnt sorted im just going too pay the cancelation fee and get out off the contracts cause this is just a big sham ,

i expect a reply ....

I had similar problem recently, Ive now cancelled and moved to o2, much better service with them.

Best thing for you to do is contact the @vodafoneukdeals twitter team. They specialise in upgrades and can arrange some great deals! For info on how to contact them head over here and follow the instructions. They are a small and very popular team so they may not reply straight away, stick around though as one of the team will get back to you as soon as they can.

If you were told on 15/3 that you could upgrade on 26/3, and now five days later you're told you can't upgrade until 5/5, then someone somewhere is or was talking complete and utter bollards.  Par for the course, but still.    So far as I am aware there have been NO rule changes in the last five days where upgrades are concerned.

I agree with Nabs here - get in touch with the Twitter team and see what they can do for you.  Having said that, after the way you've been treated I wouldn't blame you if you did decide to leave !

There was a recent change in early upgrade dates which now stands at 50 days, obviously if it is frustrating if you were promised a 60/90/180 upgrade and now have been told you need to wait longer.

But at least you will avoid early upgrade fee/very long contract for your next upgrade.

Just called up went directly too Upgrade Team and they helped ,

I upgraded today too a £45 a month iPhone 4S White 16GB Will recieve my Order Monday between 8-18pm Finally Get rid off this crappy phone haha im so happy right now thanks guys i hope you enjoy my £88 a month First things first monday play with Siri
