Bad service

Well, after waiting for the new contract to be delivered, I got a delivery date: Last monday.

Spend all morning home, and then the delivery guys say it was refused, altough no one came to my door!!

Rang vodafone, who arranged to be delivered today at my work address. This morning I check the progress and I see is going back to vodafone!!!

Ring vodafone again, stay on hold for half hour, call gets dropped and no one calls back. So far I've rack up about £40 on charges on my current contract for calling vodafone's 0800 order number, I'm paying £51 for a Vodafone contract that I don't have in my hand, and no one seems willingly to give me a straight anwser.

Really ###### now, and we will see how I feel when I leave work, but will probably cancel this crap, as it has already become an expensive change without even receiving anything.

Re: Bad service

Just found out I have to pay to restart my phone as well??!!! What!!???

Who had the brilliant idea to charge to activate iMessage and Facetime everytime the phone restarts?

Re: Bad service

A small update: After finally speaking with a helpful girl (she was Scottish, maybe has something to do with that :smileytongue:), finally got this sorted out. No one knows where the phone is still, but I won't be charged for line rental until the phone arrives, so vodafone, take your time...
