Hi wonder if anyone can help.

Im trying to contact customer services regarding the barr on my phone but it keeps saying that calls to this number are resticted,so how am i meant to discuss it with them.

If you've been suspended for non-payment, excess usage, lost phone etc, you'll need to call them from another phone to get that bar lifted. I'd suggest another Vodafone handset (because it's free), but if none available call them from a landline on 08700 700 191
