You may still have the data part of the bar in place. I,d give 191 a ring or get the mods to look at your account and check.

It sounds like the SIM card has not updated since your number got unbarred.

This can be checked by dialling *#105#. You should see registered twice. In this case it probably doesn't. If you take the battery out when the phone was switched on this should help the SIM card to up date. Once it says registered twice everything should be up and running.
