Being robbed by Vodafone

I've been getting charge for "Premuim" texts even though I was told these feature had been block so I wouldn't be robbed anymore however this clearly isn't the case.

I phoned Vodafone before and explained everything to a women only or the line to go dead but got a text later saying it was Twitter.  Twitter clearly state they don't charge for texts though so I need Voda to either fix this or involve other third parties regarding these thiefts

Re: Being robbed by Vodafone

The fact they are a week apart would suggest it's a subscription to something...and they will come through again on Wed next week. I assume the 10p one last week was a response from you to one?

Sure i read somewhere that it can take 30 days for some 3rd parties to "act" upon a STOP command...

I've done the STOP, I don't know why though because I don't know who they are and Vodafone has already told be once they were barred on my account after the last time I was robbed

You shouldn't come on here if you want an immediate reply, only 191 will give you that.  Problems posted on this forum usually take a number of days to sort out, but sorted out they generally are.

If you canc

biffo1963 if you read my first post you'd see I did contact them.  I've also took it further with a complaint and will be contacting the police if this isn't sorted by Tuesday at the latest because I don't like being robbed.  My main reason for posting here is to highlight the lack of interest by Vodafone who allow this!

Don't worry don't expect you guys to do anything, you never have.  I've already explained why I posted here, to warn others of what you do or don't do should!

Re: Being robbed by Vodafone

You've referred me to the online contact us which again proves the forum is a waste of time.  Please don't worry about it I've gone further than that because this isn't the first time Vodafone has allowed third parties to thieve from me and if it isn't sorted this time I'm involving the police
